Conflict happens! And when it does leaders must be actively responding rather that reacting or avoiding conflict. The session will look at sources of conflict, and give examples of tension and conflict arising from topics featured in other modules of this series. The session discusses conflict communication and related behaviors, possible outcomes of conflict, approaches and strategies of resolving conflict, the role of mediator and the ideal of joint problem solving.
