Drinon Leadership Express: Recognizing and Relating to Four Behavioral Types

Over the past several years, behavioral style assessments have become a popular and useful tool in the American workplace. Leaders and followers alike seem to enjoy finding out more about their own behavioral style and how that style influences communication and other important aspects of work such as responding to tasks, people and change. This session identifies the four behavioral types of Dominant, Inspiring, Supportive and Cautious and examines rules of thumb for quickly reading and relating to each style. The session will provide details on how to better lead and manage each type. Participants will have the option of taking an online assessment and receiving a short report about their style. Relating to various behavioral styles is a key component of modern leadership communication.
