Drinon Leadership Express: Leading Groups and Making Presentations

The fear of speaking in front of groups is not an uncommon one. Historically and globally, a majority of people would prefer doing just about anything besides being in front of a group! To be a leader, however, one must be able to communicate. And often that includes speaking or presenting in front of groups. In this session participants will explore communicating with five audience sizes, recognizing command & control issues and will discuss the importance of sending a congruent, clear & credible message to their audience. The session will also cover organizing and delivering an effective presentation.
