Drinon Leadership Express: Navigating and Promoting Change

Change is occurring at an exponential rate. Today’s learning curves are shorter than ever, and there are more of them to navigate. This session examines change curves and the necessity of continuous innovation in one’s business, industry and personal life. Participants will consider changes taking place in their industry globally, nationally, regionally and locally and how change impacts them personally. The session will examine types of resistance a leader is likely to face from followers and how to use persuasion to meet that resistance and promote change.
