Leaders must make far ranging, large issue, strategic choices, while managers are faced with day in and day out decision making on a wide variety of matters. In this session participants will look at three levels of problem solving and decision making, including subjective, objective and intuitive. The session will show application of a simple, subjective four question approach to problem solving in contrast with a more objective strategy for complex decision making. The content will include valuable information for facilitating a group problem solving or decision making meeting and how to enhance one’s own intuitive capacity.
