This session serves as an introduction to the larger 10-part Drinon’s Leadership Express series. The opening module addresses two series-wide underlying themes of character and communication and provides an overview of the four key competencies of building relationships, achieving results, navigating change and making decisions. Participants will explore a three-step approach to building relationships comprised of connecting, communicating and collaborating with others; a modern day view of managing for results, both intelligently and intuitively; a strategy for keeping change in the forefront of one’s thinking through awareness, alertness and action, and three aspects of problem solving and decision making including subjective, objective and intuitive.
